Ravi Passi

Ravi Passi, M.D., F.A.C.P., C.M.D.

Dr. Ravi Passi is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine and has been in practice in Montgomery County, Maryland since 1985.  He trained at DC General and Georgetown University Hospitals.  He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Certified Medical Director for Long Term Care. He serves as a Medical Director for several nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Montgomery County, Maryland.  His interests are:  Hypertension, Diabetes, Geriatrics, and Long Term care.  He also serves as a Medical Consultant at the Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland.  Dr. Passi speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Patricia Gomez received her Internal Medicine residency training from Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in New York where she was Chief Resident.  She has been in clinical practice since 2005 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  Her current medical practice includes managing patients at the Outpatient Clinic, Nursing Homes, and also serving as medical consultant at The Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland.  She is an active member of the American College of Physicians.  Her special interests are in Diabetes, Hypertension and Cardiovascular Disease Management.  Dr. Gomez is committed to provide compassionate, informative, and up-to-date care to her patients.  Dr.Gomez speaks English and Bengali.

Weihan Wang, M.D.

Dr. Weihan Wang did his Internal Medicine residency training at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in New York, NY. He has been in clinical practice since 2008 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Wang’s medical practice includes managing patients in the outpatient clinic and nursing home settings. He serves as a medical consultant at The Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland. Dr. Wang’s special interests are in Diabetes, Hypertension and General Skin Diseases Management. Dr. Wang speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

Priya Vasdev, M.D.

Dr. Vasdev is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  Her Internal Medicine Residency was completed at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia followed by a Fellowship in Geriatrics at Temple University.  Dr. Vasdev has practiced in the hospital, long term care and office settings since beginning her practice in 2001.  She enjoys working with her patients, in all settings, providing quality compassionate care.  She is fluent in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi.

Sangeeta Simlote, MD

Dr. Simlote has been in practice since 1996.  She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  Dr. Simlote encourages patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle while managing their chronic conditions. Currently, her  practice includes caring for patients in the Office and the Long Term Care settings.

Nina Rajaei

Board Certified Doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or PM&R

Dr. Rajaei’s clinical practice emphasizes on non-surgical management of musculoskeletal diseases such as back and neck pain, arthritis, muscle pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, and sports medicine.  She is skilled in musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders.  She also performs electrodiagnostic studies (nerve conduction studies and electromyography).  Dr. Rajaei sees patients at the office as well as subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities in Montgomery County, MD.

Dr. Rajaei is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a fellow of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  She earned her medical degree from Iran, followed by internship at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at New York Medical College (NYMC).  Dr. Rajaei is fluent in Farsi and English.

As Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Sharon has a vast nursing experience background.   A former hospital nurse and teaching instructor, she enjoys educating her patients on their current medical conditions and lifestyle changes.
