Assisted Living Facilities

Assisted Living facilities serve residents that are frail, who desire and can still maintain a certain level of independence while requiring minimal assistance for Activities of Daily Living (ADL), medication management, or personal care. These facilities allow residents to enjoy their level of function with as little intrusion as possible. They have access to dining facilities, activities, Rehabilitation services, day trips, beauty shops, and more. Our experienced Physicians and Nurse Practitioners regularly visit these facilities to medically manage the residents so they do not have to leave the facility for their Primary Care needs. We can order lab tests and X-Rays to manage them safely in the facility.
